Discover our beautifully situated vacation home on a spacious 540 m² plot, exclusively for your use. Nestled in a well-kept environment, surrounded by a hedge and a fence, it offers privacy and comfort for your perfect vacation.

After an active day, you can unwind in the Finnish sauna with wonderful sauna infusions from FJORLAND. The temperature and duration can be conveniently controlled via the Smart Home tablet. The sauna accommodates 4-5 people.
Electricity consumption is billed via a coin-operated meter at €3/hour (€0.50, €1, €2).
- Garden & Outdoor Area: The well-kept garden with a fountain (no drinking water) and sun loungers invites you to sunbathe and relax. The large terrace with a comfortable seating area, parasol, and gas grill is ideal for barbecues and outdoor meals.
- Sustainability: The holiday home is powered exclusively by CO₂-free electricity – powered by its own photovoltaic system on the roof and a regional green energy provider that supplies hydropower. Our Smart Home system also helps conserve resources, including with its window-open detection system.

The large living and dining area with a modern fitted kitchen offers plenty of space for spending time together. Here you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
- Bedrooms:
Three cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV, ensure restful sleep. One bedroom is a walk-through room, and a sofa bed is available in the living room for additional guests.
- Bathrooms:
Two stylish bathrooms – upstairs with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and natural light, while downstairs has a luxurious whirlpool bathtub, Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling light, toilet, and hairdryer. Perfect for wellness and comfort.
- Extras: A laundry room with a washer-dryer, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron provides convenience. Additional sleeping options, such as an extra bed, are available for families.

Four parking spaces directly on the property (two wide and two narrow) offer ample space for your vehicles.
- Electric Car Charging Station:
An 11kW wallbox is available for environmentally friendly charging of your electric car – please ask for the RFID card. (€0.39/kW)
- Bicycles: Eight bicycles are available for free use in the garage, perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
Pet-Friendly: Your four-legged friends are welcome! Please bring your own blanket or something similar for your pet, and note that pets are not allowed on cushions or beds to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
